These terms govern your use of pestgrade.com. PestGrade is an independent pest control software comparison & grading site. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are
PestGrade is independently owned and published by Andy Mills and built and maintained by GoodVibeMarketer.com (see our About page). "PestGrade," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the site and its publisher; "you" refers to the visitor. Questions about these terms? Use our contact page.
2. What PestGrade is — and isn't
PestGrade publishes independent comparisons, grades, and reviews of the software pest control businesses use to run their operations. Our content is general information to help you make your own decision — it is not professional, legal, financial, or business advice, and it is not a substitute for your own due diligence. We build none of the tools we grade and have no product of our own. We assess tools from public product demos, verified user reviews, and vendor documentation — not hands-on use in a live business.
3. Accuracy of information & "as is" basis
We work hard to keep pricing, features, and grades current, and each comparison carries a "Last verified" date. Even so, software pricing and features change often, and details can become out of date between our checks. Always confirm current pricing and terms directly with the vendor before you buy. The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
4. Affiliate relationships
PestGrade is reader-supported. Some outbound links to software vendors are affiliate links: if you click one and sign up, the vendor or its affiliate network may pay us a commission — at no cost to you. 5. Third-party links and vendors
The site links to third-party websites, including software vendors. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, pricing, availability, or privacy and data practices. Any dealings you have with a vendor — including purchases, trials, and support — are solely between you and that vendor. A link is not an endorsement beyond the independent assessment we publish.
6. Intellectual property
The content on PestGrade — including our written comparisons, grades, compiled data tables, and original graphics — is owned by PestGrade or its publisher and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts of our content with clear attribution and a link back. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or bulk-reproduce our content, or use it to train models or build a competing dataset, without our prior written permission. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification (nominative use) in a comparison context only.
7. Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to: use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure; scrape or harvest content or data except as permitted above; misrepresent your affiliation with us; or submit false, abusive, or malicious content through our contact form.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PestGrade and its publisher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the site or your reliance on any content or grade. Your decision about which software to buy is your own; verify the specifics with the vendor. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes to the site and to these terms
We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which PestGrade's publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
